We acquired the Tower Life Building in 2022 from a local ownership group that had owned the iconic office building for nearly 80 years.

This investment was compelling because of the landmark nature of the building and the enhancements that are ongoing immediately around Tower Life Building’s neighborhood. The building is on the Riverwalk and is exceptionally well located – between Hemisfair’s rapidly developing Civic Park & the newly constructed UTSA downtown campus featuring campuses for the UTSA School of Data Science & National Security Collaboration Center and a future expansion campus for the UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business.

We are within a half-mile walk of lively Southtown and HEB’s Arsenal Campus. We feel we are at the center of a really vibrant neighborhood and are excited to add to the continued momentum of our community’s urban core.
